AWeber Summer Games

AWeber, which is the company that I use to send my chess tactics e-mail newsletter, is having a “Summer Games” contest.

I just learned today that my newsletter was chosen as one of the finalists in the Category: “Valuable Content Weightlifting!”

Their criteria:

As a marketing channel, email has much more potential than simply presenting sales pitches. In the category of valuable content, the criteria for judging are as follows:

  • The content of the email relates to the brand’s product or service without being a direct sales pitch.
  • The content of the email provides a measure of education or entertainment.
  • The content of the email provides value readers won’t find elsewhere.

Check it out, and vote for my chess tactics newsletter at:

P.S. Here is a funny video that aWeber made to announce the games :-)
