Anthea and I discussed

  • The Chess Themed Movie “Queen to Play”.  Both of us really loved this movie.  Anthea had some very interesting insights about the movie.  She could relate to a lot of the themes in the movie, as a female chess player.
  • Anthea’s recent improvements in her game, due in large part to the chess lessons that she has been taking with chess teacher Lee Simmons.  Anthea shares some of the recent things she has learned, and Lee’s fun and unique teaching techniques.
  • The Wild West tournament that was held in Saratoga Wyoming, and what a fun event that was.
  • The upcoming Chess Art exhibition that will be held at the Glovinsky Gallery in Denver.
  • and lots more!

Anthea is always fun to chat with, loves the game of chess more than anyone I know, and always brings a creative and unique perspective to the game!  You are sure to enjoy this podcast!
