July 2009 Tactics Time: Hidden Resources, Absurd Underpromotions

The July 2009 issue of Tactics Time features probably the most absurd position that has ever been included in the column.  This would be from a RedHotPawn.com online correspondence game that my friend Pete Short played.  In that game white refused to resign, so Pete started underpromoting pawns to knights, until he ended up with 4 knights on the board.
This was also the first Red Hot Pawn game included in the column.  As more and more Colorado players started to join and play on the site (including myself), I started to include more games from there.  There is also a Colorado group on the site, and we have our own Colorado tournaments.
I also like problem #3 also by Pete.  This endgame position with only pawns on the board looks very drawish, but contains a nice hidden resource.
